Private car and driver
A dedicated vehicle for the whole stay, including hospital transfers.
The services we deliver during your stay in Chengdu, the aftercare that continues once you fly home, and the five-step process that governs both. Switch between the tabs to read each in full.
Treatment dates decide everything else. We build the trip around your appointment window so that tests, consultations and results fit into one efficient stay — and you know exactly where to be, and when.
In China's top hospitals, seeing the right professor at the right moment is everything. We hold appointments on your behalf, keep track of release times, and make sure your records are in the consultant's hands before you walk in.
Our coordinator is physically with you. You never stand in a queue wondering which window to approach, and you never nod politely at an explanation you did not fully understand.
Waiting between appointments does not have to be spent in a hotel room. With your physician's clearance, we arrange gentle, private experiences around Chengdu and Sichuan — always secondary to your treatment, never rushed.
Clear boundaries protect both sides. This is the standard division of responsibility in our service contracts.
A dedicated vehicle for the whole stay, including hospital transfers.
Professional bedside care for patients travelling without family.
Meals arranged to suit your taste and dietary preferences.
A programme for the person travelling with you while you are in treatment.
Most of the healing happens at home. These three services keep your Chinese medical team within reach after you leave Chengdu — for follow-up, medication and second opinions.
Discharge is a starting point, not an ending. We stay in contact during the weeks when complications are most likely to appear, and make sure your home doctor has everything they need.
Some medicines prescribed in China — including certain oncology and specialty drugs — are difficult or far more expensive to obtain elsewhere. Where it is lawful to do so, we help you source and receive them.
We only assist with lawful, doctor-prescribed medication. A valid prescription is mandatory. We do not supply controlled substances, unapproved products or medicines for recreational use, and we do not bypass customs rules in either country. Where a destination restricts a medicine, we will tell you before you pay and will not proceed.
Sometimes the answer you need is an expert opinion, not a flight. Send us your images and reports and we will put them in front of a Chinese specialist — then explain exactly what was said.
Upload reports, imaging files and a short summary of your history to our secure transfer link.
Our medical translator prepares a Chinese file so the specialist reviews your case, not a machine translation.
A written opinion is prepared, and a video consultation is scheduled if you want direct discussion.
You get the opinion in English, the original Chinese document, and our recommendation on what to do next.
Certified-style English translations of discharge summaries, prescriptions and test results.
Itemised invoices, diagnosis descriptions and reports formatted for your insurer.
Copies of imaging discs, pathology slides and operative notes from the hospital archive.
Arranging a later review trip with the same team, using the records we already hold.
There is no mystery in how we work. Every stage produces a document — an agreement, a plan, a receipt, a summary — and nothing moves forward until the previous step is settled.
After an initial free review of your case, we send a written service agreement. It sets out exactly which services you are buying, the deliverables, the payment schedule, the cancellation terms and the limits of our responsibility.
Read it carefully, ask anything you like, and sign electronically from anywhere in the world. Nothing you pay at this stage is for hospital treatment — this agreement covers coordination services only.
Deliverable: signed service agreement and an itemised scope of workWe turn your records into a concrete plan: which hospital and department, which specialists are available, the sequence of consultations and tests, the expected length of stay, and a written cost estimate for hospital charges.
This is also where the practical arrangements are drafted — flights, accommodation near the hospital, airport transfer, translator scheduling and, if relevant, a recovery travel programme.
Deliverable: care plan, day-by-day itinerary and written cost estimateOnce you approve the plan, a service deposit — normally 30% of the service fee — secures your coordinator, releases appointment bookings and lets us begin reservations that require commitment.
You receive a receipt and a written confirmation of what the deposit covers. If your visa is refused or you cancel under the agreed conditions, the refund rules in the contract apply and we state them plainly.
Deliverable: receipt, confirmed appointments and a locked-in itineraryThis is the working stage. Your coordinator meets you on arrival and stays with you through registration, consultations, examinations, treatment, admission and discharge. Translation is continuous, and every visit ends with a written English summary.
Hospital payments are settled on your behalf with receipts, and if the treating team changes the plan, we re-book, re-quote and keep you informed in writing before anything new is delivered.
Deliverable: daily coordination, translation, receipts and visit summariesWhen the agreed services are complete and you have received all documentation, the remaining balance of the service fee falls due. Nothing is charged before its deliverable exists.
You then receive a closing file: the full set of translated medical documents, all receipts, the recovery summary and the contact details for follow-up services such as remote consultation or medication supply.
Deliverable: final invoice, complete document pack and follow-up contactsTimelines vary with the department and the urgency of your case. This is a comfortable, non-urgent timeline for a specialist consultation and possible procedure.

Urgent cases can be compressed considerably. If you need to travel within days, tell us in your first message and we will assess what is realistically possible.
A 30% deposit starts the work; the balance is due only after delivery. Hospital charges are separate, paid at cost with receipts.
Refund rules are stated in the contract before you pay, and cover visa refusal, medical ineligibility and changes of plan.
Every hospital payment, hotel booking and transfer is documented, so you can reconcile the final total line by line.
Describe your diagnosis or concern, the dates you are considering, and whether you are travelling alone. We will reply with a tailored proposal.
