Two separate things are priced here: what the hospital charges, and what we charge for coordinating your care. Everything is shown in US dollars so you can compare it directly with prices at home.
Indicative hospital prices in Chengdu
Hospital charges in China are set by the public health authority and published per item. The ranges below are typical for a top-tier teaching hospital and are shown in US dollars.
Currency basis
Hospital charges are set and published in Chinese yuan. Every figure on this page is converted into US dollars at approximately 7.1 CNY per USD, so you can compare directly with prices at home. Exchange rates move, and your written estimate always states the exact basis used.

What you pay us is separate from what you pay the hospital
Our fee covers coordination, translation, accompaniment and travel planning. Hospital charges pass through to you at published rates, with receipts.

How our fees are billed
A service deposit is paid after the agreement is signed and before ground services begin; the balance is settled once the agreed deliverables are complete. Hotel, transport and travel costs are itemised separately at cost, and are never bundled into a vague package price.
